The hotel was clean, the staff were hospitable and thoughtful. The room was top-class: extremely comfy bed, beautiful bathroom. The facilities were pretty nice. The service provided there was friendly. The spa center was great to relax. You guys made my stay really unforgettable.

The setting is marvellous and incredible, just next door to Pioneertown for the night, mountains and common areas.

The hotel was clean, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff was all extremely friendly and best. The room was large and beautifully designed here with tea bags, hot water for tea.

The room was perfect and absolutely fantastic, featured central heating and a writing desk. We had a good view of mountain.

The hotel with large and beautifully designed rooms, in a lovely area, nice to see lots of stars being out in the desert. Unique building and rooms with stylish decoration. Extremely friendly and best staff at all times. A lot of outstanding options for meal. Overall an unforgettable stay in a real cowboy town.

Had a very very good stay in a real cowboy town, no reason to complain. The location was comfortable for our trip. We were about 15 minutes walk from the city centre. The restaurant was good with coffee and tea service all day and for every budget.

I had an amazing stay at this motel! The rustic charm really appealed to me. The staff was super friendly and the room was comfortable with a firm and cozy bed. I loved waking up to the great view of the mountains from my room. The bathroom had a unique farm sink and a walk-in shower. The hotel provided free WiFi, although it was a bit spotty, and there was a mini fridge in the room. The highlight for me was the hammock garden outside my room, perfect for relaxing. the hotel facilities and location in the desert were fantastic.

The hotel is in the remote location down the mountain in Palm Springs. The units were beautiful and authentic with amazing style. The staff is pleasant, accommodating. Would love to return, no complains at all, truly enjoyed our stay.
